Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ProofGrid services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description

ProofGrid Platform

ProofGrid provides authentication and compliance infrastructure services including:

• User authentication and authorization

• Audit logging and activity tracking

• Security monitoring and reporting

• Integration APIs and SDKs

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account

• One person or entity per account

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Notify us immediately of any security breaches

• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Payment Terms

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

• Price changes require 30 days notice

Overages and Usage

• Additional charges may apply for usage beyond plan limits

• Overage billing occurs monthly in arrears

• You are responsible for monitoring your usage

• We retain all rights to our platform, APIs, and documentation

Beta Features

• Some features may be marked as "beta" or "preview"

• Beta features are provided "as-is" without warranty

• We may change or discontinue beta features at any time

Technical Limitations
